Traveling With Children

No matter how you travel or where you travel you can never be to prepared when it comes to traveling with your children.

  • With little kids it might be a good idea to take “pretend trips” before you go.
  • Set the ground rules before leaving home. Let the kids know exactly how much they can spend.
  • Make sure everyone in the family gets a good night’s sleep on the evening before you leave for vacation
  • When booking your families tickets ask about brining a stroller for your infant or toddler with you at no additional cost
  • Keep a color picture of your child’s face in your purse or wallet in case he or she gets lost in a crowded airport or shopping area.
  • Take along some large zip-lock plastic bags. These can be used to store wet clothes, dirty sandals or anything that needs to be separated from everything else in your pack. They are very cheap, take up no room and become invaluable on any trip
